This place is amazing! Awesome service! I drove in last minute after my car did weird things on the interstate as I was driving through Nashville, and they were so friendly and helpful! Seriously, some of the friendliest people I've met. Nothing was seriously wrong with my car and they had me in and out in 20 minutes. Even though I live in Clarksville, I will definitely drive my car here if I need work done on it.

Very friendly staff here. They got my wife's car in and out quickly for the repairs that were needed. Brandon is a great service manager. He gave us a fair price for the work and called multiple times giving us updates along the way. I have always been pleased with my service. However, I was supposed to get an evaluation along with my oil change. I didn't get it.

These are. Good. People. I have never felt ripped off or gauged price wise and I don't feel like they are ever fishing for problems. They don't charge you for what they don't find and only fix what they do find. They also consult you before doing hundreds of dollars of work, which I've not always found with other mechanics. I've continued to go back and recommended them to others and I've not been disappointed

I just suggested this place to a girl on Facebook through the "Nashville Girls Group" Page. And I realized I had not yet written a yelp review and thought I should do that too. Last year my car was low on oil and I stopped by this shop thinking that I needed a complete oil change when, in fact, I did not. They were honest and told me that it wasn't necessary and they topped off my oil, free of charge. Then this past August my car was occasionally having some issues where my car was sputtering with engine surges when in idle. I once again came into their shop where they completed a vehicle inspection and found no issues. They took it for a test drive and still found nothing. I guess my vehicle didn't do for them what it was doing for me. Because they could not find anything wrong, they did not charge me anything. How rare is that these days?! My car still does it on occasion and they said for me to just bring it back the next time it was acting up so that they could get a better idea of what I was experiencing. Embarrassingly enough, I finally needed a complete oil change this past Fall and because I was in another area of town that day, I went to another business to get it done. They informed me on how terrible my brakes and rotors were, but I could not have the work done at that time. Fast forward a few months, I took my car to The Car People - Nashville and their quote for the work was so much better. I really like these guys. I had to get my brakes and rotors replaced. Plus some additional things I needed (such as the air filter and because I had an oil leak I needed a valve cover gasket replaced) They offered a 10% discount for being a new customer. Plus an additional 10% off for applying for their auto-maintenance card, Synchrony. You don't have to except the card, or use the card, or even be approved for the card in order to get that additional 10% off. It took my total from $1741.84 down to $1343.50 Many cars just require having the brakes replaced but I have a BMW and the rotors are extremely worn down and had to be replaced as well. I've gotten quotes from a few other places and these guys were the best offer. Plus they seem honest and very nice.

These guys took care of my husband's truck when it wouldn't pass Marta, when 2 other places in the last year had done nothing to help. I've now got my car in their hands, and feel very good about it!
