Nashville and Murfreesboro Auto Repair

My husband & I were traveling from out of state when our car broke down on the busy Nashville Interstate. My daughter-in-law called these guys who happened to be in Murfreesboro, where we needed to be, to see if they could help us. They went above & beyond in getting us back in our vehicle! They got us towed to their shop and was literally able to perform magic in getting our car up & running! We are so thankful for their courtesy, customer service and professionalism in getting us back on the road. These guys care about their customers! We even got a call from Delontay to make sure we made it home safely! His work ethic was out of this world! Thank you so much, we are so grateful for your help!

Great customer and timely service. The car care deals offered are a great value (inquire in the shop). However, I found ording parts through them was 3-4 times more than I could get them for.

I am always treated as if I have brought in a fleet of vehicles when I arrive. Even for simple oil change! The price is reasonable and they will search for the most reliable, hassle free parts from all suppliers. Never had that in a mechanic. My serpentine belt replacement cost less than $200!

I absolutely love this place! I have been here several times to get my vehicle serviced and my experience has ALWAYS been positive. The staff is always knowledgeable and extremely professional. Their prices are also very reasonable. I would recommend this shop to all my friends and family. They also provide a shuttle service which is awesome.

The Car People - Nashville has been my go to place ever since I found them. Whenever someone tries to tell me to go to the dealership, I tell them I’m going here. They are less expensive than the dealer, they are more honest, more straightforward, and they won’t charge you just for the sake of it.

I had a new resident discount on an oil change, and I'm very glad I went to The Car People - Nashville at the Dickerson pike location. I was in and out in an hour and everyone was very courteous and friendly. They checked the car and let me know about future work (brakes) that I need to monitor. I will be back!
