Delontay was awesome to work with. He was kind, and a comfort to speak with. I dropped the car off for a diagnosis and even though their lot was full of cars they came back with a conclusion the next day. Seems like a small crew, but they work hard and work honestly. I didn?t perform service there as the issue wasn?t critical, but the quote I was given was the most competitive out of several calls to other shops. I would recommend The Car People - Nashville to anyone in the boro! Maybe even some outside the boro!

The Car People - Nashville are a great crew of guys. Geoffrey at the front desk takes care of everyone that comes through the door. We had two cars in for some major items. They were able to quickly identify the issues and give me several options and cost estimates to consider along with their opinion of their recommended action. They never try and sell you something you don't need. They tell you the facts and let you decide what you want to do - no high pressure sales. They have never failed to fix a problem and always go above and beyond what is required or expected! Delontay and Geoff are the best!

Is there a way to give 6 stars? If so, I would. I can't say enough great things about The Car People - Nashville. I drive over 45 minutes to get to them, and there's a reason for that. I never feel like they're trying to gouge me or sell me things unnecessarily. In fact, there's times where they'll say "you don't need new brake pads this oil change, but you may need it next time" to prepare myself. They take care of their loyal customers, and I couldn't ask for more.
